The VAIO X505 is SONY's thinnest notebook ever. When launched, it was sold only in Japan for around S$6,000.
It was gradually introduced to the U.S and European markets but never in Singapore. Its thickness is 9.7mm at the thinnest and weighs
825g for the X505/P and 785g for the X505/SP.
